Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

www.johnnywonderland.com.au is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the work, all purchases are final, unless an item is damaged or defective. In this case, we are happy to either exchange or receive a credit-note once the art has been retuned, inspected and approved.
In order to qualify for an exchange or credit note, simply send us an email via contact JW form with your enquiry.
Please include the date of purchase, with an image of the defective item. If the item was purchased from a store other than our online shop, at this time we are unable to exchange it.
Once received and inspected and approved, the exchange will be processed and sent to you. Depending on where you live, the delivery time may vary, especially during the Covid pandemic that we all presently face.
Regarding the choice of a credit note, a code will be emailed to you, to use for repurchase when ready.
Colour variation will not be considered an acceptable reason for a credit note or exchange. Great care is taken to accurately describe the design and slight colour variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings. DC shall not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies.
Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions, as well as the shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase, as there is no exchange, credit note or refund for change of mind.
DEFECTS AND LOST ITEMS
(A) Sometimes these things happen! You will be issued with a tracking number via email after purchase. JW does not take responsibility for lost items once they have left the art space.
(B) If you have received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim before reaching out to us, as we package every piece carefully.
(C) Please make sure you look over your shipping details, correct address and name thoroughly before completing your order with us to avoid a lost package.
(D) JW shall not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies. We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible.
We want you to be happy with your order from us. However, since we are a small business, we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind about an order.
However, if an item is damaged or defective, we are happy for you to either repair, exchange or receive a credit note after inspection and approval.
We provide you with tracking details to track your order. It is therefore, your responsibility to track the order regularly, to make sure you are either home during delivery or, you pick-up your order at the post office when it has been delivered there. We are not responsible for parcels that have been returned to sender when:
*An incorrect address have been provided by the customer
*You were not home during delivery
*A parcel has not been collected from the post office or carrier
*You’ve returned your item without approval by us first
